Annual Reports
Every fall, Greenwood School, a Waldorf-inspired independent school, kicks off their annual fundraising drive with an annual report that communicates the accomplishments of the past year and the financial health of the organization while also capturing the energy and spirit of the students and staff, and the tactile, grounded, artistic quality of the education.
Because it is also used as a marketing piece both internally and externally, the report must show the range of experiences that children and families can expect over their years at Greenwood.
I accomplish these goals by focusing on the visual: photos of students and teachers in action both in and out of the classroom, examples of student academic and artistic work. The design details, such as the charts and background photos and type treatment, reiterate the hands-on, hand-crafted focus of the school's pedagogy.
